■ Roofing: The roof of the caretaker's residence was replaced by KST Roofing Co.

■ Floor Cleaning and polishing of the Multipourpose and Annex Building was completed in December.

■ Raffle  11-19-11

Ist prize $500, 2nd prize $300, 3rd prize $200 4th  prize $100, 5th prizes 10 rice bags, 4 of  scratch tipe lottery ($25 each).

■ Larchmont Fair 10-23-11

Gakuen/HJCI held a booth there, sold yoyo baloons  for Gakuen's fund raise.

■ Pancake Breakefast  9-25-11

HJCI's famous Pancake Breakfast was held. About 350 plates were sold. Thank you very much for your participation.

■ HJCI' Clean up  9-18-11.

This is the second clean up day for 2011.    About 15 community/Gakuen members participated. They trimed the overgrown elm trees in the back of the parking lot.

The joint HJCI & Gakuen New Year's Party is scheduled above date. Bentos will be preordered and sold for $15 each.

All affiliate organizations and friends are encouraged to attend, participate and provide entertainment.
